Drawing from St Kilda’s artistic energy and coastal landscape, the residences are defined by soft forms, tactile finishes and a refined, tonal palette. Underfoot, European oak flooring in the colour Bondi anchors each space with light, sandy hues that echo the shoreline—introducing a relaxed, sun-washed quality that feels both effortless and enduring.
